One of our primary areas of expertise is as a West London commercial property agency (acquisitions and disposals for landlords and tenants).
For property disposals (sales and lettings), we offer a complete service from initial advice on how best to present the accommodation and maximise value, correct pricing to appeal to prospective tenants and purchasers and targeted marketing of the premises, through to negotiating and completing the deal.
Although the mainstay of the agency operation is the letting and selling of property in Chiswick, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, we undertake regular work in the West End, Acton, Ealing , South London and further afield.
Since the company was established in 1983, our ever growing in-house database of applicants provides us with a huge network of possible buyers and tenants. We strive to negotiate the best deal for our clients and have the necessary resources in place to achieve that.

Property Investment and Development
As agents of Investment and Development properties, we undertake regular sales and acquisitions for a range of clients from the largest institutions to owners of single properties.
We have always been aware of those changes in the property market that produce new opportunities. As such, we were pioneers in the provision of B1 properties for sale to owner-occupiers and live-work accommodation.
We regularly deal with residential development opportunities for both private and social housing
We are currently monitoring the B8 market for opportunities and we work closely with SIPP providers.
