    Charles Boston was the joint founder of Boston Gilmore in May 1983. He left the partnership in 1992 to concentrate on residential property and, in particular, leasehold enfranchisement claims. He was appointed an adviser to the Council of Mortgage Lenders during the formative stages of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and is the valuation editor for Sweet & Maxwell’s Handbook of Residential Tenancies.

    Although Charles remains a consultant to the firm, his current practice is Boston Radford (www.bostonradford.com).
